There can be different circumstances why you do not love your fresh pair of POULS Boots. Either you‘ve got the wrong shoes or it is not your size or it is something different. In this case, we need to know about that and within 14 working days of receipt, we guarantee a refund or replacement. Of course, the shoes need to be unworn and new.
